In some areas, the term barbecuing is reserved for a slow low-heat cooking process that operates at about 220°F and the term grilling is used for a fast high-heat cooking process. The best temperature for barbecuing is between 200F and 300F.
Slow Oven Cooking Pork Loin Center Chops?
I cook bone in pork ribs in the oven at 250-300 degrees for 2-2 ½ hours and they turn out perfect. Now I want to try it with pork chops but I am not sure how long to cook them. I have 8 about the size of an adult man's palm.
